Like the others said, yes.
I rarely take any antihistamines anymore. The testing proved I was allergic to Pecan pollen and Hickory pollen and several grasses. There are not many if any Hickory trees around here but there are tons of them dang lousy rotten scum-bag no good worthless Pecan trees.
When they are tasseling and making pollen is about the only time I take any antihistamines.
I lived on antihistamines for most of my life. Antihistamines are way better than when I was a kid. I had a prescription for Benadryl when I was in Jr. High School. Try staying awake in class with a heavy dose of Benadryl as a teenager.
It is quite helpful to know exactly what you are allergic to.
