There are two kinds of people who go to Alaska.
Those who will never, ever go back, and those who think of nothing but returning. I'm the latter. Been up there 5 times - can't wait to go again.
My last trip up there a couple of weeks ago was fairly cold. Usually early May is greening up and Fairbanks can even be flat out comfy. Nearly froze my fat hootus off on a couple of the rides during this visit.
