Hi Larry
There is something in the factory manual body exterior section about resetting the limits for the sensors on the sunroof. It's similar to doing the windows after you disconnect the battery.
From a closed position hold the lift button in for a full cycle of opening and closing the roof.
maybe someone posted the routine on RennTech.org
I'll see if I can find the steps later this week.
