cool I will get some hylomar....thanks for the info! Any other tips on sealing the valve cover?

Make sure the surfaces are really clean and coat the gaskets lightly with hylomar.
Also, don't forget a little dab of hylomar on the seams where it meet the cylinder head before you replace the valve cover.
