Great site, only one question regarding slide 20. In the Tri-state NY area, we refer to Manhattan Island as "The City". We do not include the boroughs: Queens, Brooklyn, Da Bronx, and Staten Island. I wonder if non-NY area folk mean the same thing or any of NYC?
