Nice car! I might be biased though, with a 1970 911T that also has a four speed transmission and a speedo that reads a little high. I might even have the same tires!
My rear bumper looked the same as yours when I got it, that was an easy fix. You can unbolt what's there and bolt in a new or used panel and chrome bumpers, that will make a huge difference for a few hundred (or less) dollars.
The wheels look pretty good, and might be real. You need to take them off and look for a Porsche part number. I'd also consider chrome rings around the headlights.
No idea on value - depends on rust.
