ok this will be our "organization" thread for our caravan to hershey.

so far there are a good handfull of us going so let's meet up, my thoughts are to meet on the turnpike at one of the rest stops, we'll lay down those plans once we see who's coming.

i'd like to get to hershey by 6pm.......this would be good to get settled into the hotels then meet up with the other pelicanheads attending, this means leaving akron area before noon at the latest, but i have no problem leaving earlier.
for the guys coming from farther west an "akron" departure time between 11-12 would probably work best.

post if you're going here and pm me your cell numbers/location/car and i'll put a list together which i'll email to those attending before we leave so we have everyones info and no one get's "left out" (i don't have a printer)
