There is no division to be carried out before the multiplication in this bit
it's just multiplication and parenthesis
stop changing things to what they are not
2(9+3) = 2x(9+3) = 2x(12) = 2x12 = 24
2(9+3) and 2x(9+3) are EXACTLY the same !
