I'd say, without knowing anything else, that $21k would be reasonable and $19.5k would be a floor. List it at $24k. Something other than red, white, silver and black means that there's a premium. A small one, but it's there.
Compression/leakdown good? Shifts well? Interior in good to great shape? Move it up a little. Any of those questionable? Now we have to talk.
