I remember hearing things about JE pistons when they became a popular option for 911 rebuilds. People would say that you would hear a rattle or skirt knock until the engine reached operating temp. It doesnt happen.

JE does offer some amazing benefits compared to the Mahle,,, you can call JE (or one of there distributors and spec out your pistons), try that with Mahle......(thinking Mahle doesnt custom produce unless Porsche is your last name)

My cadre of friends has had good experience with JE pistons.... from 900 hp 3.4 turbos to my 200 hp 2.2 NA engine

With Mahle you get what the factory made, with JE you get the CR you specify...

Install, check your clearances, and have some fun
