+++1 for PP. I have only purchased parts online so I have not needed to speak to anyone in sales. The thing that I find outstanding is that I have consistently received the right part. ..As a comparison -after purchasing numerous parts over the decades from one of our local large parts store chain' - I have often not only been delivered the wrong part once;sometimes twice, and on the odd occasion even on the 3rd.
