I was looking at it backwards. The bridge connector jumps positions 4,6, and 8 on the red side, not 2,4, and 6. The bridge harness I built jumps 4,6, and 8 from the seat to the common red (hot) on the floor, and 1,3,5, and 7 on the seat to the common brown (ground). Thanks for the feedback.
