As far as all-seasons on an SUV, Michelins are good but don't seem to last very long. Same with Goodyears. Good traction with both but not more than 20k to 25k miles before needing replaced.

I would throw Continentals in the mix. Good brand at good midstream price. Falkens are good and inexpensive also.

As far as the chains go, look to wallyworld. They usually are competitive. NTB is nice because you can buy a road hazard warranty. NTB also has the long term alignment deal.
