I do like her, she's entry level and I'll have to teach her a bunch of stuff which is perfectly fine but she reminds me of myself, she has the motvation and appreciation for what the job entails she just needs some mentoring. I'm a little concerned about how quickly she'll be able to pick up on things but, I was turned off that my boss doesn't seem to care if she has the skills or not, she's cute so he wants to hire her. I told him we need to inteview at least one or two other candidates and in the meanwhile I'll bring her back in so I can get to know her skill level about better without his flirting clouding our judgement.
