Well that went better and quicker than I expected.

I had provided them with an alternate, non-Yahoo email address (didn't know I had), so I clicked on that Receive Code box and it took me to a page that let me select alternate email address, and when I did, it sent the code to that address, and I went there and got it from the email.

Then I pasted it in the box provide at the Yahoo account window, and this page came up, and all I did was change my password and I'm back in:
