Yes I am going to talk to him and see if we can work something out on a fixed scale as I don't want to give him an open cheque book.
The issue with hourly is, how would you know how good of a job he would/could do and you really can't tell until you get into it.
There's is not much choice we have in KY, when it comes to quality stuff llike that
