Here is my current setup for the rear where the bumper meets the flare. I may refine it after I see how you do yours.
(Note: in the second picture you can see a bolt used to hang the bumper off the tail light opening. Don;t do that. The previous owner had it mounted that way but not only is that piece of metal not strong enough to support it, but it is also in the way and there are better ways. The pic below was an early stage mock up picture. The tube support is what I am trying to show).
I think yours looks really good now.
