I got rear ended on the strip in Las Vegas. We exchanged info and when I got home to CA they told me to GFM. That was it.

An injury or the possibility of an injury brings about paperwork that doesn't exist w/o one. If you get nailed in a parking lot fender bender, you better say you jambed your finger or something because once the parties to the incident leave the premises, it's their word against yours.
