IMHO.....I'd say more of an
opinion than an observation. An observation is something that is considered
fact. What you said, IMHO, is merely opinion.
I think his title is just fine. It's an abbreviated version of your suggested title. At least he didn't substitute "U" for "YOU" or "R" for "ARE"....now that would be offensive!
