Thank you - nothing irritates me more than seeing nitwits walking their poor dogs in the middle of the afternoon - hottest time of the day.
Happened to me right in front of my driveway this afternoon - a neighbor walking by with her dog on the black asphalt in 90 + degree full sun afternoon! I went over and lifted one of it's paws and felt it's pad and said "Your dog's feet are BURNING UP!"
I'm going to make signs and put them up all over town advising these dolts to NOT walk their dogs in the heat of the day. If it was on grass not as big a deal but they walk 'em on the streets!
