928 RS Concept Sketch

Wanted to show what i plan to do with my 1983 S.

Has blue interior currently that is very nice so i think I may have to paint white for the combo to work. Always wanted an arrow or gulf blue Porsche.
I think it would look bad w/ navy blue interior and buying an entirely new black interior would add too much cost to the project.
White over blue will be nice and get the RS idea across very quickly.
The concept below: Hood vents are already being made in aluminum, vent design is very '80s and very simple, figured if the Lightweight had them i could do a scaled down version.
Trying to get the 'ducktail' shape worked out as well. Goal is to get to 2900 lbs.
No AC, no radio.

Major Design Features:

Relocate Ignition Key to left side (looked at it today and looks promising)
Simple, lighter interior details (working on this)
Clean rear cover, no exhaust opening, no bumperettes.
Exhaust will exit on both sides before the rear tires.
Planning on using '86 exhaust manifolds, X-Pipe and then custom bent as shown.
Would like to raise the RPM slightly to 6600, some may have ideas, thinking lightweight lifters, Porsche always adds a
little extra performance to there special models.
Harmut at North Hollywood Speedometer has my Instrument cluster and will
make the graphic changes along with adding a subtle RS below the tach needle.

Anyway, getting ready to take Kids to Beach, lots to do.
