Welcome John - Your car looks great and slate grey is a beautiful color. Did you figure out why the check engine light was on? I don't know how mechanically able you are but these are relatively easy cars to work with. If you're confident enough to fix things yourself then one trip to the dealer is probably going to be as much as a Durametric tool (available from our host). That is the single most valuable piece of maintenance equipment I own for my car and it's paid for itself many times over. That and a 76mm - 14 flute oil filter wrench ;-)
