I am going to try using Delphi weatherpack connectors. They are TRUELY water tight, vibration and heat resistant. 2 6-pin connectors are $14.00 ( 3 pins not used on a 1982 model )... Hopefully no need to clean every year too. I may retro fit ALL the under hood connections with these as other are falling apart in my hand.
