salt or fresh water flood ?
was it cleaned [ quickly ?] does it smell ?
does it run ? or even turn over ?
the car withOUT flood damage is north of 50k if not rusted
and in good repair with org motor trans ect
rusty not running swaped major parts all cost mega to fix
just a quick guess it will sell in the high teens
