OK OK... I have a Mosin Nagant modle 91-30 that I want to make into a sniper model. I went to see Dave and he did his damnnest to help me out. There seems to be an issue with tapping the receiver to accept the scope mount. He's asked a few 'smiths to help and basiclly they've declined. One + One equaled Neil
. Dave told me you were coming up to Pa. the same weekend I was coming up and thought you might be up to a challenge.
