I have watched several of Keith Fenner's videos on YT. He does all kinds of prop repair and marine machining in New England. I too would have to say seeing what's involved you might look for the right prop.
But do call the local marine repair shop to see what kind of equipment they have. And think about shipping the thing if you find that there is someone that can do it.
