I would check with a prop shop in your area.
In a previous career I was a propulsion and test tech for a yacht manufacturer.
There was a prop shop that would do amazing things with props for us....
adjust pitch, diameter, small tweaks to blade shape, shaft bore sizes.
This was 15 years ago, I had no cost accountability(just get it done), so I'm no help there.
But, it doesn't cost anything to ask.
