My infrared grill is hooked up to city natural gas. I turn it on, hit the lighter, and it's cranking hot in 5 minutes.
How much does charcoal cost nowadays?
In the people's republik of kalifornia is really expensive thanks to the AQMD.
I can grill a couple steaks for 10 cents worth of gas, or $3 worth of charcoal.
