I am in the garage making home made ice cream. 6 quarts for 8 people. Should be enough.
It takes 30 or 40 minutes to make smooth creamy ice cream. The biggest secret is not too much rock salt on the ice. We have fresh strawberries, peaches and chocolate sauce for those that want to make it all healthy.
