Regarding hydrating and BP... yes definite relation...also weight and daily stress..

Living life on an even keel and and as stress free as possible will help lower the random high peaks you see during the day...
I hear you. And I've had discussions about this with the doc. W/O going into too much detail, I've been told that the trade off can take many different forms. Too many of my male acquaintances are quite familiar with the little blue pill. I've never even seen one.

I'd like to keep it that way.
