From my cursory examination, the following parts are damaged.
The two "eraser" rubber blocks have scrapes and minor chunks taken out. (not shown in these pics)
The reflector is cracked.
The thin rubber seal between the bumper and the car has tear.
The small bend in the chassis behind the reflector crack, and accompanying paint crinkle.

I've never taken the bumper apart before - are these impact mounts you mentioned underneath/behind the bumper itself? The bumper itself appears undamaged.

Its almost a shame it is a fine Porsche that I feel compelled to return to perfection - if this was my old VW Golf I would put some clearcoat on the paint crinkle and forget about it. But with it being my Porsche and the insurance paying for everything, I shall be going through the trouble of fixing and replacing everything damaged.
