One of my cousins married into a "racing family" (Meyers) that's been racing on that track for 3 generations back since the 40s...EVERY Saturday night. Her husband (one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet) actually won that night (probably a different division though - Nascar modified) and his older brother is even more competitive. It's simply "in their blood"... the kid (shoot, he's probably 35 now) has been driving race cars since he was probably old enough to walk, and supports his family doing what he loves...he's about 300 watts
