Friend that sent me this link Has given me the background. Apparently about 3 years ago it became laww that all cars in Russia have a dash cam, and every month a compilation of crashes is released.
This one is only a months worth, go on utube and imput, Russian car crashes, there are about 30 monthly episodes.
