The best part is that due to the cable shift mechanism, you don't have to row at all. It was probably Satch Carlson that coined the phrase "snick" thru the gears. Or of his ilk. Anywho, that's more of the experience as the next gear is short of a
toss away such as in a 915 or G-50 2nd to 3rd or 4th to 5th shift.
