Honestly, it'll never be the same car.
In my honest opinion, I would re-shell it into a clean tub.
Do you have any pictures of the underside yet? What's the tunnel and opposite floor like? If any of that is bent I wouldn't be trying to fix it. Not because it's impossible, but because the amount of time and money it will take it makes more sense to buy a decent tub and give it to a paint shop, then reassemble it.
