Paul, I heard somewhere that there were no women at all in ISZ, but I've never seen it, so I just checked the trivia section for it on IMDb.com...
Only two women appear in the film: One is a barmaid at the far end of the bar when Rock Hudson receives a phone call; The other is seen embracing somebody, before Rock Hudson enters another pub.
