@winders, ever been to a go kart 'track'? Most sprint tracks are too small for an autocross. But, it's a track. How 'bout a bike track or an 1/8 mile oval track? Have you run track on the track at high school? So, if hairs are to be split, put that in your pipe and inhale it.

A track is any place where competition is run continuously on a closed circuit for a pre determined distance.

Back to the the Boxster v. 914 discussion: I see where the prices of each are starting to converge. I'm sure that means to winders that the price reflects that a Boxster is a crappy as a 914. To others it might mean the uncle of the Boxster being one of the only other mid engine Porsche designed cars has come full circle to a place of respect.

It's still a 70's car. No fair in directly comparing it to a 1997.
