When I was married we obtained a business together. Where there shares issued or purchased? Who owns them?

Over $ 200000 taken out of line of credit. Dishonestly!
Supposed to be $15000. Did she commit perjury? What did she do? Who's name is on the line of credit? Is it joint, or in her name?

For 8.5 years ex has been making $34000-$40000 every year from the business. Has she reported this income on her financial statement? If so, what is the issue?

She works 7.5 months out of the year and maybe 18 hours per week. Irrelevant. Unless your argument is that she should have a second job to increase her earnings.

I have not received a penny, though I had to pay half from the sale of the house to the line of credit. If the business was family property you should have had a business valuation done as of the separation date. How long have you been separated?

Forgot to mention forged credit cards, but thats secondary. That is a crime, call the police. It's not a divorce issue.

Her lawyer is stating to me that the business is at a loss every year and I am lucky that the wonderful mother of the year doesnt get me to compensate for it! What proof do you have to the contrary?

Your guess on my entitlement???? One half of the value of the joint property at the time of separation. Entitlement and 'what you get' are not the same thing.

My Father owned a significant money making business..good for him.
I know if my Mother divorced him she'd be entitled to half. Weather or not she worked for him.
