Thanks for the tip about Custom Upholstery. He's done 911s before and thinks we are talking about a "grand or more"!!
If I just had some decent work space I'd give it a try. My 911T is in a 10'x12' storage unit right now and that's adequate for engine and front end work. I'll try some of the other shops in town to get more ideas.
