A buddy gave me 1,600 sq ft of mirror. His brother bought it at a auction 12 years ago with plans of covering his basement walls. Then he died. My buddy moved it home with unknown plans. Now he's selling his house and wanted it gone so he offered it to me because I have a car hauler. It weighs about 3,500 lbs. There are about 80 pieces. Most is made in Belgium.
I offered it to the local Habitat store but they won't take it unless it's framed. Glass recyclers won't take it because it's mirror.
I've given away some and there was one piece of two way mirror that I'm keeping.
Selling it one piece at a time will be a PIA and I'm not putting it up on all the ceilings of my house.
Ideas?
