Unless Charles abdicates, the crown will pass from Elizabeth to him. Charles is not likely to give up his chance at the throne, after waiting his whole life for it. And Camilla sure as hell won't let him pass up making him the Queen Consort.
Once Charlie passes, the crown goes to William, then to the newly born prince upon William's passing.
