Hello.
I went to court yesterday.
First to speak about my Son.
Then to get my Divorce.
Then to obtain the Cash in the trust.

With my darling Son, I asked for him to speak and to allow the court for him to speak for himself . I of course talked to him about this and he has NO inhibitions about this. HE WANTS THIS? Simon can talk to anybody!
The idiot Judge Michaleson, on the mothers advice and saying said "that Simon is too immature according to his mother to speak his mind". He would not allow Simon to speak.
My Son is 13.5 years old and is so keen and mature on life that when I compare him to myself, I feel like a tard.
He is a young man that many, many adults have remarked about.
I brought up the Dog, the iphone, the new dune buggy to the slap head judge.
He did not deal with it and said these are gifts that, I the Father should appreciate in him getting these.





I swear I was levitating.
After hearing the x's Atty in court through this, when all was ajourned, he approached my Atty, me and my bud.
He wished to strike a deal right there and then in court on the money afte the judge was gone.

I went right to his face and said -yelled " are you kidding me!?"
I said " how many times have Mr. sadowniki and Mellissa spoke and wrote to you about an advance from the trust!,,
I said you knew this was even for Simons braces and it was all ignored!,
And now you have a hardon to get your client the money asap!,
I wanted to destroy him right there!

y. As usual I go out and drive for about 40minutes to see if I can spot my Son. I have my paths and I am a creature of habit. I saw my Son in her vehicle today by the grocery store. He was erect and staring and smiling. While I went by I yelled out "i LOVE YOU SIMON"
Big SMILE ON SIMON..and me.


Btw.......I am responsible for half of the $200000.
We were married at the time.
Because I didnt go to an Atty and get any shares its SOL fOR ME! The business is hers.
Not too sure about the forged credit cards yet but Im probably Flucked!
