My fastest setup was with the K27/8 set at 17psi boost. It had the turbine wheels lightened and balanced and a cone on the input wheel to help increase the air velocity. It also had a lightened and knife edged crank and a lightened flywheel. The barn door MAF was replaced with a autothority MAF and it used a Zeitronix wideband to monitor 02 and boost. It made 320rwhp on the dyno, but was very deceiving as it was the area under the torque curve that made it very very quick. Because the turbo was lightened it came on at only 2000 rpm and made full boost all the way to red line. Several track junkies I gave rides told me it was the quickest accelerating car they had ever rode in.
The Autothority MAF would run way to lean under partial throttle scceleration so I put bigger ejectors and the Lindsey MAF turner on it. After some adjusting on the fuel pressure and tweaking the mixture I got the acceleration from 2000rpm to redline in 3rd gear down to under 6 seconds with me and a 300lb pasenger.
