I have a reputation to uphold. It's bad enough that I own a Corvette. If I owned a BMW no one would assume that I'm not an engineer.
I've thought about the SV1000 but to be honest it's a little too vanilla. Look at the brakes and front fork of the Supperduke , Hell! just say the name Supperduke!
It's not called the kinda ok duke, nor iffy John Wayne. The name alone is worth the $3000 more than an SV1000
I've ridden the Triumph Tiger as well. but I don't understand the need to have the extra 4" of fork and rear travel. I'll never take a heavy bike off road. I own a KX250 and it's a purpose built machine Having a GS or Tiger is kinda like expecting a awd escalade to to the work of a racetruck.
I could also see owning a Triumph Speed triple but there's something about a -twin (that doesn't say potato-Potato-potato )
