There was a large breasted woman type that used to work in our office. When she talked to you she would constantly be glancing down at her cleavage. When you inevitably followed her eyes down to see what she kept looking at she would get all pissed off and complain about how you were looking at her boobs and not her face when talking to her. When she tried that with me I had already been warned about her.
