That's not a Blum hinge. it might be an old Grass or Mepla. Show me the top of the hinge. Sometimes there are markings under the cup. If you can't find it, just replace the both hinge and its plates. Much easier that way. One of the reason it broken like that is because the hinges isn't adjusted correctly and the stress is on one hinge more then the other ripping the place in two piece. Is there a third hinge on that door? Replace with Blum self-closing 170 degree hinge. Screw in type, no dowel. All cup size are the same on those European hinges. This is what you need

Take the plate off (unscrew it) and take a pic of the plate for me. I think it looks like a 0mm or 3/4' overlay plate. If not, take a pic of the cabinet where the door use to go and I can tell you what plate to order with the hinge.
