Something very unsettling here. Your photos show no torsion bar caps. If metal work was done to repair the quarters and the torsion bar access was removed, that is a problem. The right rocker looks slightly off -- as if there may be a lot of filler there. Gaps are suspicious, too.

It may be that some creative bodywork was done previous to your buying the car. I think a PPI might be an important step toward establishing a value.
