The torsion bars look like they have caps, they look the same as one of your pictures:

There are only two gaps that look off to me. The grill beside the front right headlight was a little off, but it just needed to be adjusted. I didn't notice it until I looked at the pictures. The other is the passenger door - it looks like a combination of bad adjustment and an aftermarket door seal that's a little big.
I think the rockers were replaced/repaired in the 2002 restoration, but they are steel.
