Yes, upholstery cement. I think 3M makes it. I actually bought a full leather hide and used some of it to re-cover an arm rest I had lying around. You could use vinyl or some fabric like alcantara purchased from a fabric store. I did an early arm rest, which is different from the later ones so I am not sure how the later version would turn out.
