Original SC flanges would be 100mm fine spline.
Sounds like you are saying it has course spline flanges which means an early differential has been installed. An early differential has a different ring gear offset and if it wasn't shimmed properly will be a useless piece of junk. Or it could be a 7:31 ring and pinion. Also could mean an aftermarket performance differential in it.
Pull the sure cover and report back, preferably with pictures. Can't value it otherwise unless you want to sell it as a $400 grab bag gearbox.
